1. Ordering Logistics (Quick Facts)

• Minimum Order: 20 bowls per delivery.
• Order Lead Time: Orders must be placed and paid for at least 4 business days in advance.

• Delivery: Available within the Greater Boston area. Fees vary by distance. Pickup may be available upon request.

2. What We Offer

• The Ninja Sushi Bowl (Minimum 5 per order) : Our signature bowl is a modern take on chirashi sushi, a beloved Japanese home dish. Vinegar-seasoned rice is tossed with fresh toppings — each prepared separately — and finished with a ginger carrot dressing for a unique and flavorful experience. (GF option available)
• Hokkaido Ramen Salad (Minimum 5 per order) : Inspired by Hokkaido’s ramen salad, this dish combines tender noodles, crisp veggies, and a plum-accented creamy dressing. A bold, refreshing twist on cold ramen! (Contains gluten)
• Individually Portioned: Thoughtfully packed for easy office distribution.

3. Dietary Information

• 100% Plant-Based: All menu items are vegan.
• Allergens: All bowls contain soy and sesame.
• Gluten-Free Option (+$3 per bowl):
  • Available for the Ninja Sushi Bowl only. For the gluten-free option, we use gluten-free soy sauce instead of regular soy sauce and replace fried onions with toasted sesame seeds.
  • Please Note: The Hokkaido Ramen Salad contains wheat noodles and is not available gluten-free at this time.
• While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contact, our kitchen handles ingredients containing wheat.

4. Pricing & Policies

• Pricing: Calculated per bowl. Full payment is required to confirm your date. Invoices are available for business records.
• Cancellations & Changes:
  • 72+ hours notice: Full refund (minus a $10 processing fee).
  • 24 to 72 hours notice: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Non-refundable.
