Our Ramen Salad takes inspiration from Hokkaido’s unique ramen salad! Unlike the traditional hiyashichuka (cold ramen salad), this version features a rich, creamy sauce that coats fresh vegetables and tender ramen noodles. Just like our Vegan Sushi Bowl, it brings a mix of textures and bold flavors to each bite. We’ve added a hint of pickled plum to the dressing for a refreshing twist that brightens the entire dish. It’s a flavorful and satisfying meal.
Hiya-Yakko
Chilled tofu, known as “Hiyayakko,” is a traditional Japanese dish enjoyed by topping tofu with condiments and sauce. It’s an essential dish, especially during the hot summer months. With its focus on savoring the fresh and delicate flavor of tofu, the preparation is intentionally kept simple. Using locally made fresh tofu, we invite you to enjoy the simplicity of this dish.
